Terms and Conditions

Submitting this registration form constitutes a formal registration with the obligation to pay the full registration fee before commencement of the training event, unless otherwise arranged with ESS or cancelled timeously.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing per e-mail or fax. No telephonic cancellations will be accepted.

If cancellation is received at least 10 working days prior to commencement of the course, the fee, less a service fee of 10% plus VAT, will be refunded.

If cancellation is received less than 10 working days prior to commencement of the course, a 50% cancellation fee plus VAT will be applied.

No cancellation and associated refund will be accepted within 72 hours before commencement of the course.

No refund will be given to registered delegates who do not attend the course without prior cancellation as indicated above.
